When Vic first contacted me a few months ago, I knew his love for his wife Lindsey was something to be celebrated. He explained to me that they’ve been married for ten years, together for fifteen, and it was time he did something extra special for her.
Though Lindsey + Vic knew each other in high school, they didn’t connect until they both went to the same college. Five years later, they decided at the last minute to cancel their large wedding and instead had an intimate, low key ceremony with no photographer present. The three of us met at the historic Allaire Village in Wall, NJ under the guise of a regular couples session to celebrate their decade of marriage. About half way through the session, Vic’s sister, brother in law and niece showed up. Vic got down on one knee and asked Lindsey to marry him once again. They had a short ceremony, officiated by Vic’s sister, where they pledged their love for one another for many more decades to come with vows that Vic wrote with a little help from friends + family and sealed everything with a kiss. It was the sweetest evening and so exciting to see a couple madly in love after all this time.
