The first several years that Becky + Jeff spent together was strictly as friends while studying at Princeton University. It wasn’t until graduation that they decided to try out a relationship, with their first official date shortly after receiving their diplomas. Then, as if life was like a movie, Becky returned home to South Korea for nearly a year and a half. They didn’t give up, having Skype dates with synchronized Netflix movies and gaming online together until Becky came back to the States. Since then, they’ve supported one another through long nights, graduate degrees and even an extended trip to the west coast for Jeff’s start up.
Spending just a few minutes with them, you can tell that they would do anything to support one another, they are a team through and through. When they got engaged, they both chose to wear simple bands to show their devotion which, this past Sunday, became their wedding bands as well. Their Ivy League love story started a new chapter at The Prospect House in Princeton, NJ when they said “I Do” in front of friends + family who had flown in from all over the country and even from South Korea.
