Lily + David are getting married in just 3 short weeks and took a break from all the last minute planning to meet me at the Point Pleasant boardwalk for a beautiful sunset engagement session (even with Lily suffering from a rough Summer cold!). Though they lived on opposite coasts, these two met years ago thanks to the beauty of message boards and through total chance (a layover Lily had at Newark airport) finally met in person after a year of bonding. They’re planning quite the day, from an intimate morning tea ceremony to an evening reception with the 400 people closest to them, so it was nice to explore the quite, offseason boardwalk and get to know their story and their love for one another.
